Sgt. Christopher Snyder from the Seattle PD runs over a suspect's legs while responding to a burglary call. It appears to have been an accident, but the suspect sustained legs injuries as a result. Police subsequently helped the suspect get treatment for his injuries and an internal review was not filed.
